 Appearance and composition: viscous paste, composed of high molecular polymer emulsion and pigments.
 
 Features: good fastness, soft hand feeling, non-sticky, resistant to sea water washing, rinsing, pickling; handprints, machine printing, no blocking; 1500 baking for 1 minute (or 1500 pressing for 10 seconds), or natural drying for 48 hours Can withstand 600 high temperature washing water for 5 hours. If the glue is too thick before printing, add water, do not reinforce the glue to avoid back stickiness.
 
Troubles and troubleshooting in nylon swimsuit glue printing:
 
1. Possibility of poor firmness:
 
1. The weather is humid and the slurry surface is not fully dried
 
Guidelines: Bake at 150°C for 1 minute or press at 150°C for 10 seconds.
 
2. The amount of color paste added exceeds 10%
 
Guidance: Increase the amount of transparent paste to reduce the proportion of color paste (such as: pure transparent to black can be used alone).
 
3. The slurry layer will start to press at high temperature without surface drying
 
Guidance: Wait for the grout to dry out by more than 80% before pressing. (Explanation: Pressing the pulp layer before it is dry will easily cause foaming and separate the pulp layer from the pulp layer)
 
2. What are the reasons for insufficient flexibility?
 
1. The amount of color paste added exceeds 10%
 
Guidelines: increase the amount of transparent paste to reduce the proportion of color paste.
 
2. The slurry layer is too thin
 
Guidance: Print one more time or lightly receive the paste during printing, and leave the paste layer as thick as possible.
 
3. Improper ratio of white glue and transparent pulp
 
Guidance: Increasing the amount of transparent paste can significantly improve the elasticity of the paste layer.
 
4. The cloth pattern is too deep and the fabric itself is extremely elastic
 
Guidelines: First hit the bottom with transparent paste 2 to 3 times, printing 3 knives each time, and then print white paste or other colors.
 
5. Add too much catalyst
 
Guidance: Control the amount of catalyst within 2%, and do not increase the amount of catalyst as long as the firmness meets the requirements.
 
3. Reasons for hard hand feeling or uneven surface
 
1. The slurry consistency is not enough
 
Guidance: If the consistency of the slurry is not enough, you can add a thickener to increase its consistency (Explanation: when the consistency of the slurry is not enough, it will easily penetrate into the bottom of the cloth, so that the hand feel is obviously hard and the surface is not smooth)
 
2. The amount of color paste added exceeds 10%
 
Guidance: Increase the amount of transparent paste to reduce the proportion of color paste, which can significantly improve the softness of the paste layer.
 
Fourth, the reason and prevention of surface anti-sticking?
 
1. The surface of the slurry layer is not completely dry
 
Guidelines: Bake at 150 degrees for 1 minute or press at 150 degrees for 10 seconds.
 
2. When the above situation does not exist, is there any way to solve the surface or anti-sticking?
 
Guidelines: Add 1-2% anti-sticking agent to solve it. (Overload detection)
 
5. Reasons for insufficient hiding power:
 
1. Improper proportion of transparent paste
 
Guidance: Adjust the proportion of transparent pulp appropriately.
 
2. The slurry is too thin
 
Guidance: If the slurry is too thin, you can add some thickeners and stir it evenly to increase its consistency (Explanation: when the slurry is too thin, the printed slurry layer is relatively thin, so the hiding power will be insufficient)
