On October 29, 2013, the first working meeting of the printing industry standard "Requirements and Inspection Methods for Screen Printing Water-based Printing Paste" was held in the No. 2 meeting room of Yuelai Garden Hotel, Dongguan, Guangdong. Dongguan Changlian New Material Technology Co., Ltd. General Manager Lu Kaiping, Chief Engineer Lv Zengxing, Consultant Liao Kairong, Testing Center Manager Zhao Wenai, Dongguan Tianlong Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. General Manager Yin Chijian, Xiamen Bateng Nanli Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. General Manager Li Jin Banknotes, testing center Liu Chunyue, Shanghai Dongxin Printing Co., Ltd. General Manager Hu Weidong, Shishi City Nianfa Printing Co., Ltd. General Manager Xu Qingchi, Shenzhen Polytechnic Institute of Media School teacher Liu Zhihong, Dongguan Zhongyi Flame Retardant Viscose Industry Co., Ltd. General Manager Li Huaigui , Liang Jiekai, general manager of Zhongshan Xinshunyi Printing and Embroidery Factory, Jiang Shaodong, manager of Zhongshan Xinlihua Paint Co., Ltd., Xu Sheng, deputy general manager, Huang Guoguang, deputy director of the Environmental Protection Committee of China Textile Engineering Society, and Pei Guifan, director of the Screen Printing Standardization Sub-Technical Committee, Deputy Secretary-General Wang Yan attended the meeting. Engineer Ma Zhiyong from the National Printing Standardization Technical Committee attended the meeting for guidance.

 

At the meeting, a resolution was passed to adjust the drafting unit, and the name of this standard was determined as "Requirements for the Use of Water-based Printing Paste for Screen Printing". With a rigorous and efficient working attitude, the members of the drafting team conducted serious discussions and amendments to the "Part 4 Requirements" of the standard, and determined the content of 4.1 raw material requirements, 4.2 printing process requirements, and 4.3 printing finished product requirements. The determination of these contents laid a good foundation for the formulation of the industry standard of "Requirements for the Use of Water-based Printing Paste for Screen Printing".
