In today's severe market situation, the company has been able to maintain stable growth, and its product market share and brand influence have continued to expand, and it has successfully developed into the first NEEQ public company in the domestic printing materials industry. For this goal, our board of directors, finance department and other colleagues have also worked hard. Of course, they cannot do without the strong support of colleagues in other departments. This year is a year for the company to face difficulties, a year for the company's rapid growth, and a year for the company to face unfavorable situations and bravely forge ahead. Through the unremitting efforts of the company's salesmen and the hard work of all employees, the company has achieved a good annual sales of 220 million yuan, an increase of more than 40 million over the previous year. Shipment volume has increased significantly, while the defective product rate has declined, indicating that the stability of the product has improved. In terms of production capacity, we do not work overtime on Sundays throughout the year, and we rarely work overtime. The utilization rate of reactors in workshop B is only 80%. Therefore, there is still great potential for production, which can fully meet the demand for sales growth.

 

In this year, the Huizhou production base passed clean production acceptance, ISO 9000 quality management system and ISO 14000 environmental management system certification, occupational health inspection and other projects; additional equipment such as photooxidation deodorizers, exhaust gas collection ducts, etc., to reduce exhaust odor The "Safety Standardization Management System" was formulated to standardize the safety management in the factory. With the promulgation and implementation of environmental protection laws and regulations such as the New Environmental Protection Law, the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Plan Action", and the state's focus on fire safety, the environmental protection responsibilities of enterprises will be forced, and environmental protection capabilities have become printing and dyeing enterprises and printing glue production The basic participation and main variables of the sustainable development of enterprises, and the opportunities and challenges faced by the industry will be clarified by the company's own environmental management capabilities.

 

Our company has the strongest R&D team in the domestic industry, but in the past few years, the company's R&D talents have been in a state of lack of access. Under the leadership of industry veterans such as Lu Gong, Mai Gong and several professors, we have developed and trained a large number of R&D technicians, who have graduated from the newly graduated university as the company's technical backbone. I am very pleased to see that our new generation of R&D technicians have made great contributions to the company's technological innovation and new product development.
