REACH announced the tenth batch of SVHC

SVHC will increase to 151 items;
According to REACH requirements: For SVHC included in the Candidate List, if the total content of any SVHC in the article exceeds 0.1%, the manufacturer or importer must provide customers and consumers with information on the safe use of the article, which includes at least The name of SVHC;
According to REACH requirements: For SVHC included in the candidate list, if the total content of any SVHC in the article exceeds 0.1%, and the total amount of SVHC in the article produced/imported annually exceeds 1 ton, the manufacturer or importer must notify European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
The tenth batch of SVHC proposed substances
On December 16, 2013, ECHA released the tenth batch of 7 SVHC substances on its official website to be officially included in the regulations, please be aware;
